A standoff with high passing skills and accurate kicking technique learned from his time as a football player. Yu starred in all five matches at RWC 2019, leading the team into the quarter-finals. He is good at maintaining the back row as well as initiating attacks. He served captain for Canon in the 2020-2021 season and demonstrated his skills as a leader.
