Japan Team Announced to Take on Scotland

Japan Head Coach Lesley McKenzie has today announced the Sakura Fifteen Team to take on Scotland this Sunday, November 14 at Dam Health Rugby Stadium in Edinburgh.

Japan last played Scotland away in Glasgow in 2019, a match which Japan won 24-20. The Sakura Fifteen returned to test match rugby last week against Wales, following a two-year break due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. A fast and physical match is expected on Sunday, as Scotland look to avenge their 2019 loss, and the Sakura Fifteen work to record their first win on their three-match autumn tour to Europe.
