The Japan Rugby Football Union extends its heartfelt condolences and support to all those affected by the recent Noto Peninsula Earthquake on New Year’s Day. Our deepest sympathies go to the families and communities mourning the loss of their loved ones, as well as to those who have been injured in the wake of this tragic event.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the safety and well-being of all individuals in the affected areas, and we express our profound respect and gratitude to those engaged in the ongoing relief effort.

On behalf of the Japan rugby family, the JRFU will donate part of the proceeds from ticket sales for the finals of the 60th National University Rugby Football Championship to the Noto Peninsula 2024 Earthquake relief effort.
